Contacted a gentleman, looking for a business plan for my new start up business. Due to working from 8:30AM - 7PM I am unable to handle calls. There is no need requesting for someone to do overtime in order to call me, therefore everything is easier over email, where I also have legal evidence of conversations. However his gentleman emailed me back telling me how 'unusual' this method of communicating is, with exclamation marks highlighting his confusing within this subject. I found this to be very rude and intrusive, as I am unable to take calls, or communicate any other way. The minimum (when requesting a quote for a business plan) I expected was a nice conversation over email, where I wasn't 'judged' for having an 'unusual' method (which isn't unusual at all).
