Vin and Harvey were excellent. I cant recommend these people enough. They invested their time and effort into our dream kitchen. Their on site range is extensive and you know you are getting a personalised service. Nothing was too much and they were not at all pushy.
After having design consultations with all of the major kitchen companies we were starting to get annoyed with their pushy sales techniques. Then we stumbled on Romans Haus and they were a breath of fresh air.From the beginning it was clear that they knew their stuff and offered a range of products that were more superior to their mainstream competitors. We went for a German Nobilia kitchen and had to have a Bora hob after a demonstration in their showroom. Their design service was fantastic with them constantly throwing out innovative ideas which made each design unique.Their fitters really took pride in their work and were meticulous. We can't fault the installation. We've ended up with a kitchen that has far exceeded our expectations.If you're looking for outstanding service, a range of great products and a team that will go the extra mile for you at a reasonable cost, these are the guys for you.
What can we say... it is known to be that the kitchen is regarded as the Heart of the Home. During the Summer of 2018, we decided that our Home needed a complete makeover. Both our Kitchen and Bathroom were now becoming out-dated and was ready for change. We put our complete trust in the entire team at Roman Haus to create the exact look we wanted to give our Home. Needless to say, perfection is an understatement. The team at Roman Haus truly specialise in their craft and take pride in each project they take on. The level of detail to each project was second to none. As a family, we wanted to achieve a contemporary look, building an extension and creating an open plan ground floor where our living room would lead into the kitchen. Raman - The customer service and the endless commitment to look after us has been truly exceptional. As the leader of the brand, he ensured every requirement was met and within the set budget.Vin - Not only an outstanding Kitchen Designer, but a true perfectionist. He created the look we wanted to achieve for our Home and never once took his eye off the ball. Harvey - Such a great person to work with. I would consider that the Bathroom project was the toughest of all. With limited space to achieve what we wanted, Harvey ensured that he would not let us down. I decided to take advantage of the Cross Water sale and purchase a couple of showers from the Belgravia range through Harvy at Romans Haus, his service was brilliant...sales and advice without being pushy. The products arrived and were either damaged in transit or sent out damaged by Cross Water, Harvy has been straight on the case and every bit as annoyed as I've been. He's arranged replacements quickly and kept me in the loop...5 stars for him
