Im a Canadian and when I was visiting London my friend invited me to this restaurant. I can easily say that Monk Restaurant is the best south Asian restaurant that I have ever been. The dishes were absolutely phenomenal.
This was our first visit to Monk Denham. Not sure what to order we asked the head waiter. The dishes he bought out burst with flavour. Not able to eat it all we brought the rest home to savour the experience again. Will definitely go back again and take our friends.
Excellent food and service.Went here for my partners birthday meal and the food was fabulous. The restaurant was very busy for a Saturday night which was pleasant to see. And they catered to all of our needs (even allowing us to put up a funny birthday banner!)
Great decor with a modern Nepalese interior. The food is delicious, feels authentic and reasonably priced. One of my favourite places to eat out!
Food was full of flavour and meat was tender. Ingredients such as ginger and garlic were clearly fresh... no whiff of frozen.The staff are clearly keen to impress and were very friendly. Lovely atmosphere with diverse diners in the restaurant. Menu had lots of options including more daring meat for adventurous types.
